Log Books

Log books are an important part of your swimming record. They contain important and general information about swimming and Carlton Forum Swimming Club including our Club contact.

If you are in the main Squad you should be keeping a record in your book of the distances you swim in each session plus the personal best times you gain. It should now be easier to work out the distance you swim from the new white boards at Carlton Forum but if you are not sure the Coach will help you. (Log Books are optional for the Development Squad)

Don't worry if you haven't got a log book as new books have been recently been ordered and will be on sale in our Tuesday Club Shop shortly. There are also some spare distance sheets and personal best sheets under the member section for you to print off, so you can start making a record now.

From time to time the coashes will ask to see your log book to ensure you are completing them correctly.

If you would like further information about having or completing your book please speak to one of the coaches.
