Exciting Times for William Gayne

Will flies to the US on Tuesday to attend Oakland University. He has been offered a scholarship to swim as part of this NCAA Division 1 University. As a long time swimmer for Carlton Forum and NOVA its an exciting but daunting opportunity. He will study for 4 years at Oakland which is in the state of Michigan.
As a ‘Golden Grizzly’ he will swim for the team in many inter college and inter regional meets. He is excited by this chance to swim and study abroad and will hopefully be back to see the CF swimmers and let them know how things are going.
All his family will miss him but hope he is safe and enjoys himself.
