This gala is primarily to allow Club swimmers to get 50m times and also for those close to Counties times to have another chance at a fast swim!
6.30 pm warm up at Carlton Forum, racing from just before 7.
Entry lists/heats lists are available at www.123.cfsc.co.uk there will be live results on this site too, times and in age groups, these are just for fun – no prizes etc!
