Paying Funds Direct into the Club Account

Please can members NOT transfer any money into the club account without prior arrangement for payments such as weekly swim fees, club kit and the 125 club.

The only time payments should be made into the account is when the option has been offered for example monthly standing orders, batch swimming lessons, membership and club champs etc. Other payments such as open meets can be made in exceptional circumstances however prior arrangement must be made with the treasurer first.

It is now becoming very time consuming trying to keep track, registering and balancing the unexpected payments.
